Do not honor competitor coupons I located a lower price oil change coupon from Russ Darrow located in West bend for a oil change for $16.95. I know any Russ Darrow dealership accepts I located a lower price oil change coupon from Russ Darrow located in West bend for a oil change for $16.95. I know any Russ Darrow dealership accepts competitor prices & will match it so I printed out the coupon. I showed my coupon to the service person & he said we can not accept this coupon since it’s for the West bend location & their prices on oil do not compare to theirs so he could not honor my coupon. I explain to him your website & other service specialists at this location accepted my coupons in the past & said they were wrong. So he gave me a price of $24.95 which was their website deal & did not want to argue anymore. I also explained to him the reason I came to this location because I find a coupon lower & was trying to stay under a certain amount for service but he did not care & went on charging me the price on their site w/o honor my discount. I would like to know is this how service specialists treat their customers. Why would your business not accept another Russ Darrow lower price because I know if lower prices are available for cars & or parts you would match the price to keep the service at your place of business. Terrible Service Department I've been coming to this dealership for 5 years now and thete is always an issue in the Service department. Its quite frustrating. Everytime i bring my car fir basoc service, i jav3bto return to have something fixed or redone. My last visit, i had lights come on the evening after picking it up. I was told they would need me to pay $119 for diagnostics. Terrible place, awful service for women. More
Came for last service in package I have come here the last 3 years with my 2015 Altima. Service is normally fine, and completed quickly. Today. When going over what services I'd like done, the service attendant was reminding me of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance, most of which I have done-and just seemed very concerned that I wasn't doing anything in a very patronizing way. I have a mechanic I trust to do all the other work they do not, and he tried to insinuate that no one can work on Nissan's but a dealer because of special tools and that my mechanic is ripping me off. He also stated that he had to note I was declining the recommended service, and if I continue to do so, that I'll void the manufacturer's warranty. I have done every recommended maintenance but a transmission flush....which will be done next week. Just a very frustrating experience, at it's worth noting at the end, he asked for me to leave all '10's' on the review.... They also did not wash my vehicle or ask if I wanted it. Just people things that add up to me not wanting to return to this dealership. More

I took my Nissan for service they did a really bad job on my car so upset that they broke my steering wheel a two hour job became a hold week. When I pick up my car the steering wheel is not straight is sideways like bad half way to the left half turn. my only car with kids in school two jobs and have to drop and pick up wife from work it was a struggle week on thanksgiving week. And my car now needs work alignment. I was going to trade in and buy a car but never never there. More
