The car had just 78,000 miles on it so this was very much unexpected, and according to the service technicians, very rare. They offered to contact the corporate office to see if they would approve a “goodwill” replacement as the car was over the warranty for miles but not for length of time. Russ Darrow able to secure 80% coverage, something that was very much appreciated given the cost of the repair. I have been driving Nissans for 15 years, and service like this will surely keep me driving them for years to come. Thank you! More
