Brakes My advisor is always nice. What I hate is the techs consistently leave oil on my door and seat. They need to put paper on the seats and clean the hand My advisor is always nice. What I hate is the techs consistently leave oil on my door and seat. They need to put paper on the seats and clean the handle when they finish the work. I have complained about this several times however nothing has been done to fix the problem. Why ask for feedback if your not going to do anything to fix the problem? Also what I don’t understand is if my brake pads are 3 why do I need rotators? Shouldn’t have to get rotators every time. It seems like you do this to take advantage. You would think they would inform you that you need new pads before the rotators go bad. What number should your pads be at before needing rotators? If you are not going to do anything about the feedback please stop asking people to complete a survey. More

Clueless The staff in billing and service department have no knowledge of the silver, gold, and platinum reward cards as they think the card is only for accumu The staff in billing and service department have no knowledge of the silver, gold, and platinum reward cards as they think the card is only for accumulating points to save money to buy a new or used car. They were unaware that the platinum membership reward card lets me save 20% on service and labor. Also the other benefits the card has such as a free day rental or a tow. They were clueless and argued with me that I was wrong until I showed them the Teri’s with benefits. Once reviewing the tiers the cashier staff still argued I was wrong. So disappointed is a understatement and the lack of treatment and respect I was given today was next to none. Rude all the way around. More

Nice Dealership Russ Darrow is a very clean place. Joe did a great job. My only concern was after the oil change was complete the sticker on the windshield was marke Russ Darrow is a very clean place. Joe did a great job. My only concern was after the oil change was complete the sticker on the windshield was marked for 3,000 mile oil change when normally it's every 5,000. I hope the oil was the synthetic blend especially since that's whar I paid for. It was overall a great experience. I spoke with Joe after I noticed it and he just said the mechanic made a mistake. Service Dept Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall work. The work was done in half the time I expected, and this time the next oil change sticke Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall work. The work was done in half the time I expected, and this time the next oil change sticker had the correct information, and the dash board counters were all reset correctly. I also noticed the service manager changed the color of the Nissan Altima on the display to match the color of my car, which I appreciated. They weren't busy this time of day, so I received the best service I've ever received here. More
