2 hour oil change The service desk person told me it would take an hour, however I was there for 2 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. The service technician The service desk person told me it would take an hour, however I was there for 2 hours for a simple oil change and inspection. The service technician that did the work was fine, but they put the completed paperwork on the desk of the service desk person that checked me in only he left, probably left for lunch and my paperwork sat on his desk. The only reason I got out of there when I did is because I got up and said something. Meanwhile they still finished other people while I continued to wait. Not happy and likely will not go back. More

Not satisfied. I went to get an oil change and it was done, they ask if I wanted a rotation which I said yes too. When my service was done I went out to my car to se I went to get an oil change and it was done, they ask if I wanted a rotation which I said yes too. When my service was done I went out to my car to see two of my had not been changed. When I went back in to ask what occurred the young lady went to find out, she came back and told me and when I asked a few more questions she seemed agitated. So instead of really leaving satisfied I just left because I didn’t want to continue with the ordeal. More
All around service All employees I've dealt with have been extremely professional and go out of their way to make you have an awesome experience. I was able to pick up my car after the service department closed and Eric, the manager, made sure my bill was correct and I was completely satisfied. He even remembered me from my past visit! Oil change I was due for an oil change. That dealership got me in the next day. Order me a time of an hour and they were done in less than 45 minutes. Great cust I was due for an oil change. "Scheduled Service completed on time"! I had scheduled my service at 10:30 AM. My Service representative was Danielle. Apparently, Charles Yang, the scheduled rep was off. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and was told this would take about 45 minutes. Once, the vehicle was inspected, Danielle came into the lounge area with an engine filter that was quite dirty. She recommended having it replaced. I, okay'd the replacement.of the filter in addition to the oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was ready in a total of 50 minutes. Since, I used some coupons, my bill was reasonable, about $84.00. More

Kind of clueless service counter but nice I called and was told I could bring my car in without an appointment. When I got there 40 mins later I was told I would have to wait an hour and a hal I called and was told I could bring my car in without an appointment. When I got there 40 mins later I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half. I explained that I need to get to work and waited for him to offer a ride and he didn’t and was about ready to let me leave. I checked Uber and then called a friend from work to get me. When I went back in, I said I would just leave he car and the nice guy cluelessly said, “oh, you could have used our shuttle service!” Ugh. Why didn’t you offer in the first place?? When I returned later that afternoon the same guy was sitting there. Instead of checking me out I had to wait for the other guy who initially checked me in to help me for five seconds so I could leave. I’d come back, but I’d recommend more prompt service. recognize peoples busy lifestyles and go out of your way to offer conveniences. It goes a long way. Travis Wise was very good. More
