Unprofessional Sales Manager & Sales Rep Robert Garcia and David Earl will lie to your face quicker than a cat can lick the crack of his butt. I took my truck in for a noise I heard when accelerating on Feb 7th & Feb 12th. After the appointment on Feb 12th I still heard noise so I responded to their feedback email about my experience. Couple hours later I received a call from the GM Robert Garcia asking me to come back up to dealership to take him for a ride to see if he could get issue resolved. We went for a ride Robert heard noise I was talking about and next thing I know Robert talking about buying new tuck with same payment. David comes in show me a new 2018 Nissan Rouge. David made two separate appointments with me( Feb 13& Feb 15)to come in and see contract with Robert & himself. On both appointment David was a NO SHOW. Robert was in the building and never acknowledge me. The contract was showed to me by a person who pulls cars for sales person from parking lot. Robert never came over to speak or anything. To this day I still have noise with my truck 2015 Nissan Rouge. Robert nor David has called to say I’m sorry for miscommunication or nothing. I feel I was rudely treated my the General Manager of Sales Robert Garcia & Sales Rep David Earl. I advise people not to trust Robert Garcia or David Earl. They just want a sale. Take your business elsewhere. More
Pleasantly Surprised I was originally on site for service. When the diagnostic was presented to me-$1700 just to bring back to road worthy, I couldn’t in good conscious in I was originally on site for service. When the diagnostic was presented to me-$1700 just to bring back to road worthy, I couldn’t in good conscious invest that type of capital into a car I already had major reservations about. Joe from service brought Mike from sales over to me to discuss my options. Mike was easy going and genuine. I immediately took a liking to him and we got on just like old friends hanging out for the afternoon. He took the time to get my background and situation. He presented a couple of different options and made all the adjustments when I raised concerns. He also kept asking about my time and how my schedule looked throughout the afternoon. It was a complete 180 from my last horrific experience that put me into the vehicle that now demanded $1700. It was honestly quick and painless, with all the other departments coming in on queue as we progressed on the deal. Everyone involved from Joe in service, Mike in sales, to Bailey in Finance-they were also respectful of my time. Even the floor manager checked in with me from time to time. I would have lost money on how this scenario would have played out had you asked me beforehand-with my prior experience and just preconceived notions of dealerships in general. It was an organic experience-not too much attention nor absent of my needs on any level. I went in thinking I was having service to a car I planned on dumping within a year, to accelerating that plan by a year to that very day. Now I have a vehicle I absolutely love and feel safe in with that $1700 allocated to a new car instead of the crap with wheels I was riding around while rapidly depreciating daily. All my parameters were met. I will be recommending that anyone in the market go see Mike & company! More

Awesome buy I bought a 2015 Nissan altima one week ago. They car rides like a dream and is beautiful. Purchased my car at a great price. What I enjoyed most wa I bought a 2015 Nissan altima one week ago. They car rides like a dream and is beautiful. Purchased my car at a great price. What I enjoyed most was the stsff. Mike was my sales man. He was super sweet. Got me and my friend hot Coco while we test drove cars in Sub-Zero temperatures. He also stayed to hours after the dealership was closed to keep my friend company while I signed papers. On the day I came to pick up my car Mike offered to pick me up and drive me to the dealership (I live 30 mins away and was just in a car accident). He gave me a 3/4 tank of gas when he was only required to give me 1/4. They all went above and beyond to make fruit thier customers happy. I hope I don't need a new car anytime soon. But if I do I know where I will be buying from. More
