The service aspect was missing in the whole transaction. No communication on the repairs done and what needs to be done. Ride for pickup was offered but the ride arrived a good 45 mins after the schedule. Shaun said he will book it for 12:15 PM and didnt respond to text messages when the ride didnt arrive. This left me waiting in my lobby for good 45 mins on a monday. Not a good experience at all. More

Excellent sales and finance staff. The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that' The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that's what they charged me (great!). However, the Milwaukee Russ Darrow dealers have a policy of including a $499 insurance policy against auto theft (a Milwaukee area problem, but I live in West Bend). So, I still had to pay the $8400.
