Excellent sales and finance staff. The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that' The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that's what they charged me (great!). However, the Milwaukee Russ Darrow dealers have a policy of including a $499 insurance policy against auto theft (a Milwaukee area problem, but I live in West Bend). So, I still had to pay the $8400. Communication was poor between Joe and I. I was told a different price and was surprised at the total when I went to pick up the car.
