This dealership is always very busy, and the wait time is never what was quoted. They always try to sell you something. I was told that the reason it was taking so long to process my paperwork was because Ma never what was quoted. They always try to sell you something. It was a coupon which came directly from Russ Darrow Mitsubishi! I was in the waiting area with 3 other unhappy customers. I don't plan to return anytime soon. More
