Terrible Customer Service: does not stand behind their vehicles. No integrity. Very unprofessional. Hard to work with. I bought a highlander off of the used lot! I drove over 4 hours to get the vehicle o vehicles. No integrity. Very unprofessional. Hard to work with. I bought a highlander off of the used lot! I drove over 4 hours to get the vehicle only to end up in the shop 1 week after I got it. A tranny hose leak and issues with the gear case. While they stood behind those fixes… I continued to have issue with the gear lube that continued. Words like “well if the other dealership treated you so well why don’t you buy from them.” And a focus on and extended package rather than how they were going to take care of me was the least. Will NEVER return to such a poor dealership. More
2017 Ford Focus problem jerk was having problems going into gear from stop to go position, and wanted to return after having it for 8 days. In order for me to have Russ Darrow Mitsubishi, Waukesha take into gear from stop to go position, and wanted to return after having it for 8 days. In order for me to have Russ Darrow Mitsubishi, Waukesha take back the car and get my trade in back, they made me apply for another loan to get my car back. Now the price of the loan is 15,000, Before trade in my loan had only 10,000 left to pay on it. I feel I got taken advantage of, because I only had the new car for 8 days. I feel it was wrong for Russ Darrow to charge me 5000.00 more. And kept my 1000 dollar down payment, which doesn't show on contract. Service denied the issues and told me to take it to a Ford dealership. Steve in the service dept drove the car with me and agreed there were issues, but the General manager told me that this wasn't true. Sales and Service dept. had so many stories and lies they couldn't remember what they told me before. Tried to save money to reduce car payments. Now I'm paying more for my original car and higher monthly payments. I got so screwed over and now really suffering to survive just because I was sold a bad car. Do you research before buying, when you hear one lie or have their words be different coming out of another person's mouth, then stop because you're getting taken advantage of. I trusted Rico (salesman) not to take advantage of me, since I personally knew him and his wife, but unfortunately I was wrong. More

Terrible customer service. I purchased my 2020 Ford Fusion November 9, 2022 at the Russ Darrow Mitsubishi of Waukesha. I was told that my car needed to be sent to a ford dealer I purchased my 2020 Ford Fusion November 9, 2022 at the Russ Darrow Mitsubishi of Waukesha. I was told that my car needed to be sent to a ford dealership due to a recall issue and that I would be able to pick my car up with that week. Well a couple of days turned into almost 1 month. I was very patient with the store the entire time. When I went to pick up my car Dec 6 I was not compensated at all nor did I push for anything. Today February 21, 2023 my check engine light has come on. I called Russ Darrow Mitsubishi if Waukesha and spoke with Bransen in finance department and asked him if he could be so kindly and explain my warranty to me. I told him I had scheduled service at Uptown Ford near my home and I just wanted to know if my warranty will cover the check engine light issue. He stated yes you are fully covered and to provide them with the Vehicle contract. Not once did Bransen tell me that Only Russ Darrow Stores can service my vehicle. I followed Bransens instructions and now Russ Darrow is not allowing them to fix the car. I was told I had to pay $300 for diagnostic. I called Russ Darrow Mitsubishi of Waukesha for help. Matt who failed to give me a last name was very dismissive and very rude. Told me that they fixed my car back in Dec out of the kindness of their hearts and they did not have to do that for me. I would like to speak to the office of president regarding this matter. I will speak with my lawyers as well and proceed with legal action More
