Never Use Again I had a question/concern regarding my vehicle's service and was met by a response from Bob Sterling, not only with a lack of care, desire or willingne I had a question/concern regarding my vehicle's service and was met by a response from Bob Sterling, not only with a lack of care, desire or willingness to address it prior to coming to a conclusion, but I was yelled at, insulted and in so many words told my concern had no merit. His response was unacceptable, unprofessional and of low standard. Because of him I canceled my repair and went to a different dealer. On the flip side, Marvin Garrison was a pleasure to work with. I felt he had a genuine concern for my experience. He kept me informed and did everything in his ability to help. He was very professional, understanding, respectful and should be considered a valued asset to the dealer. More

Repair paint bubble on 2014 Mirage. Thanks to Bill Hoff for granting the repair. Once OKed, Justin Rupp did what he said would be done. The car was repaired in the scheduled time. Issue resolution. Came into the service center with 2 issues. The first was a possible problem with the battery that wasn't even 3 years old. They tested the battery Came into the service center with 2 issues. The first was a possible problem with the battery that wasn't even 3 years old. They tested the battery and charging system (several time) and it came back with the same result each time, that the battery was fine. The second issue was a problem with the brakes, and after examination, they found that one of the rotors had frozen up, there was a weak hose, and the rest of the brakes also needed work. They put together the best package that they could for this senior citizen, and I will be returning on 8/29 to have them repair the brakes. More

Maybe it's because I bought a used car, but I would not recommend going to this dealer. The salesperson didn't have answers to the majority of my questions, I had to ask the finance manager. He was the only person that seemed to know what was going on. The car wasn't as clean as it should have been and I wondered if a mechanic even looked at the vehicle. The air filters were in need of replacing and the tire pressure was way off. They do not offer any used car warranty so I was second guessing my purchase but this was the only make/model in the area so I went with it and purchased a warranty. More
