New car purchase Wonderful staff I expected to spend 8 hrs but from application to driving off in a new car 5hours!! I felt Warren cared about my interest in the car and didn’t try to swing me any other way. Was open and honest about everything and very easy to talk to. Josh was the finance guy. Oil change from xxxx!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keith, or whatever the Service Manger name is, overcharged me for an oil change and misdiagnosed a grinding noise as needing a $900 brake job. I knew Keith, or whatever the Service Manger name is, overcharged me for an oil change and misdiagnosed a grinding noise as needing a $900 brake job. I knew this was false as I changed my brakes a year ago; however, I picked up my car and a new pulsating noise was occurring. Keith stated the pulsating noise was there when he drove the car in the Service garage but he never mentioned this to me nor added it to the work order.....which i knew was false. This was huge mess and I would avoid this place in the future. More

Horrible buying experience My worst experience at a car dealership ever. I decided to go for a Mazda CX-5 due to the advertisement of 0.9% interest rate. I spent a crazy amount My worst experience at a car dealership ever. I decided to go for a Mazda CX-5 due to the advertisement of 0.9% interest rate. I spent a crazy amount of time at the dealership and was being insulted by the sellers multiple times during the bargaining process like “what do you do in your country girl? Do people in your country barter for living?” I was very angry but I had to swallow my pride to accept their price because I didn’t want to deal another day at the dealership. During the paperwork process, I was told that I must go with the higher interest rate at 72 months in order to get 0.9% interest rate after first 3 months payment. The process would be very easy. I just have to come back to sign paperworks for refinancing. (I should have known this sounded too good to be true.) I repeatedly told them I would only go with this ridiculous term and rate if my credit score won’t be touched again in 3 months when I come back. They told me they wouldn’t need to. Now it is at the three months mark, I went back to see them for refinancing. They handed me a simple paper to fill out. It did not say anything about credit score check consent. After 5 minutes, my phone had a notification that there was a report of activity on my credit score. So I figured must be them touching my credit score again without letting me know like other dealerships would. Almost 1 hr later, they told me they cannot do refinance. Lenders don’t respond back. (I called the lender who they sent my information to later. They said they did reply back to Mazda at the time I was basically there). Instead they offer to do a trade in at the 0.9% rate for 63 months at a higher monthly payment but in a long run would save money from the current rate at 72 months term. Hmmm??? Why do I feel like I was set up for this hole or trap? First off I wouldn’t even buy the car and agree to the stupid 72 months at ridiculous interest rate if I wasn’t told I would get 0.9% after 3 payments. Now you try to say your helping me by comparing it to the worst that you set me up for??? You offer me to do a trade in and claim it would be a better deal than staying with my 72 months term. You put another drop on my credit score so if I want to refinance it on my own it would be even more difficult. Hmm? Who told me I needed to be in the 72 months term when I didn’t really want to at a ridiculous rate? Who told me it would just be a temporary thing until first 3 months then everything should be at 0.9%???? This place is far from professional. Everything from a start was a lie. They set you up for a trap so you have to be involved with them. My number one regret is buying a car from them. Stay away from them if you can!!!! More
