Only found out the miscalculation at the time of finalizing the lease contract, which obviously increased the amount. Accessories were quoted for a price, but after installing them, shop labor charges and environmental fees added. $60 to install safety bolts ??!! I don't fault the sales guy (Alejandro) for not knowing the costs and details completely; however, I do take notice when they are not polite or tend to use condescending tones. If I had unlimited money, maybe I wouldn't be careful the costs. Now, this takes the cake. I finalized the deal a couple of days ago, signed the contracts and all, and asked to pick up the car on Friday. On the day of signing, vehicle mileage was 66. On the day or pickup, it jumped to 181. No explanation on how or why it happened. I'm hoping they will correct the lease contract at least. Finally, Adam - letting me know in no uncertain terms that I was being a jerk for questioning their calculations and costs, and claiming that the dealership lost money by selling the car to me. Total disrespectful tone. Was their finance department sleeping when they sold the car? What do they get out of making such outrageous and false claims anyway?? Way to burn your bridges : ) My advise: be careful, look at your cost options and calculations carefully. Maybe its just me, but I want to upfront cost and I care about the money I spend. More
1st time buying experience ever. I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was interested in the Mazda CX-5, after doing a lot of research on my own. I chose the Metro Mall because o I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was interested in the Mazda CX-5, after doing a lot of research on my own. I chose the Metro Mall because of their vast inventory. They had several different trim models in the CX-5, and once the salesperson knew the options I wanted, he explained the differences in each trim model and had me test drive two different models. I also asked the salesperson to compare buying versus leasing. If he couldn't answer my questions, he asked his manager to explain them to me. I ended up leasing a '17 Mazda CX-5 in the color and model that I wanted! I was very satisfied with the entire experience, and would definitely recommend the sales staff at the Russ Darrow Mazda Metro Mall of Milwaukee. More

Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service!!! I just got my brand new 2018 Mazda3 delivered to my home and I couldn't be happier. My experience started with choosing the car of my dreams and maki I just got my brand new 2018 Mazda3 delivered to my home and I couldn't be happier. My experience started with choosing the car of my dreams and making a phone call to Adam O'Brien letting him know what I wanted, talked to him about my financial comfort zone and he took care of the rest on his end- then told me the car would be delivered to my door, papers in hand to sign, with payments significantly lower than I had expected--always a great selling point right???? For the record, this is the 2nd vehicle I have leased from this group and on both occasions Adam has gone above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, giving excellent advice and making sure I had a positive experience from start to finish. On the day of delivery, Josh Settersten gave me a call, talked to me about the financials, was again very friendly, accommodating and patient, answering every trivial question I had before the phone call was completed. Then enters Julie Kiedrowski, who brought this beautiful piece of machinery right to my door. She made me feel like we had been friends for years, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and took all the time I needed to explain all of the great features I was getting with my new car. Bottom line, this is a top-notch team that makes you feel like you are the most important client they have and who has an above and beyond attitude from start to finish. If you are looking for a positive, upbeat and overall total customer service experience, this is the place to go--you will not regret it!!! I am a repeat customer and would not consider another dealership when making a vehicle purchase-- go there today if you're looking for a vehicle, you'll have a real 'feel good' experience, I guarantee it!!! I got a nearly fantastic deal on a new Mazda3 lease, with help from Warren and Adam. I knew what I wanted, had my questions ready, and Warren was quick to answer everything I threw at him. Adam followed up with an I can’t walk out of here without saying yes deal. There was no bait and switch, no hidden costs, no b-llsh-t. And, they had to stay late after close to make the deal and didn’t complain or make me uncomfortable. Josh in finance too was super helpful and friendly, that team made me like Mazda dealers again (I miss Concours). I love my new Mazda3, feel I got an honest deal, and am happy to recommend working with Warren, Adam, and Josh to others looking to lease. More

He discussed all features of the cars I was looking at prior to leaving and showed me how to work everything. They collectively listened to every detail regarding price, features, and made this such a smooth process. Overall, service was amazing. I have never been happier and I love my car. More

They go over the top, spending time to help us with the navigation system, explaining their findings, no pressure to do extra service items and they are friendly and polite! Once, we had hit something in the road, denting the rim and they were able to fix it instead of selling us a new, expensive wheel. They have service deals all the time (I get their e-mails) and they will wash the car for free. Last time in, I had them patch a tire, it cost me $20 - I got the car wash and several cups of coffee, so I think I got a great deal! More
