Customer service is lacking. I called 7 times to inquire about my repair status, left messages and still no reply. I was later given excuses about short staffing and my initial problem was not even address about my repair status, left messages and still no reply. Although my sales experience was not good, the service center is great. Nice clean waiting room with a host/hostess.
