From the second we walked in it was a no-nonsense, user-friendly, and ultimately, successful experience. Our sales consultant, Tim Faber, was on a mission to make us happy with as much of a win/win s user-friendly, and ultimately, successful experience. We were bothered by a few things. .. Cash would not be excepted without agreeing to an 1800.00 policy addition... and the car we test drove was filthy inside and out. .. Kyle, our dealer, was AMAZING, felt so comfortable. It wasn't a pushy environment and everyone was very knowledgeable, had a great experience! It wasn't a pushy environment and everyone was very knowledgeable, had a great experience! More
We found a 2019 Honda Ridgeline that we liked. The truck had recently been moved to this dealer from Russ Darrow Honda in Menomonee Falls. Price was ok but not a great deal. There were several The truck had recently been moved to this dealer from Russ Darrow Honda in Menomonee Falls. Price was ok but not a great deal. There were several defects, a star crack in the wind shield and a broken seal on the taillight lens. The sales person - Keith and the finance manager (Kimber) wouldn't budge on compensation on these items. But they would offer a discount on any purchased extended warranties. They obviously think people don"t know that they receive a huge % of the money that the warranty costs. Also I had gone through their website and used the trade in value estimator work sheet. It came in on the high end of the worth range. When the salesman looked at our car he told us how immaculate and well maintained the car was and getting top dollar should be no problem. Then the trade in manager drove the car around the block (literally, through an alley next to their parking lot and around the block, 5 minutes max). Keith then informed us that the front sway bar links were bad and the steering felt soft, so they would only be able to offer us low KBB price on the car - A $3000.00 difference. And this was before they refused to fix the wind shield and tail light. Also the Sway bar links and tie rod ends has been replaced when we put tires on the car, about 20,000 miles ago. We should have walked out. We also went with their financing which wound up being 1.79% higher than my local bank. We are currently working on refinancing. RD Mazda personnel didn't seem to care if they sold the car or not. Salesman and finance person were kind of arrogant. I'm being generous giving one star. Before I forget, when we started the process we told them we were under a time constraint. We wound up rescheduling another appointment we had by 2 hours, still wound up being late. A total of 4 hours. More

Found an used car that I was hoping to purchase at this dealership, and I had pre-arranged my own financing to do so. After the test drive, I mentioned that I would prefer my own financing and was told it dealership, and I had pre-arranged my own financing to do so. After the test drive, I mentioned that I would prefer my own financing and was told it shouldn’t be a problem. After 45 minutes of going back and forth with the salesperson while he was attempting to sell me on their financing options, I was told there were “other offers that made more financial sense” before I had even made an offer to begin with. They also mentioned they “weren’t taking cash offers at this time”. Again, they refused to take cash before we had even agreed on a price for the vehicle. I don’t know what kind of grift they have running with their financing, but that and the grimy salesmanship tactics they tried to employ throughout our conversations have turned me off from doing any business here in the future, and I would suggest others be wary as well.
