I was in for a service appointment. The service was efficient and pleasant. The waiting area is unfortunately a step below average in that the music is loud, and public. I couldn't make phone calls and there's no place to work. I had had hopes for the new building. However, appreciated the receptionist for offering coffee, etc. If I were buying a new car, the waiting area puts the dealership below Zimbrick and Lexus (and even Fields). I would recommend the service with the caveat to expect to waste the wait time in a corner of the showroom. Bring a book, read the comics - you will not be able to make phone calls or use a desk to get work done. More
