From the get-go, Matt was very personable and low-pressure, making for an easy experience. He listened to our needs and was able to show us a vehicle and price that ticked all the boxes. Though we didn’t plan to buy that day, Matt made it so transparent and relaxed that it became very easy to say yes to our new family vehicle.
