He listened to my concerns, especially allowing me to test drive the car in area where I was most comfortable. I had no idea about insurance, plates, registration or the overall process of buying a car. I was helped by the whole team. If one of the team members didn't know the answer to my question another person was brought into the conversation to help. Overall, an easy process with salesman/women very easy to speak to and relate to in every aspect. I would recommend to other first time buyers. However, you could tell that there was some drama between staff, but in the end they all pulled together for great service collectively. Liam was especially good at listening to my needs and concerns, was not pushy to buy a brand new car (even though I did end up buying a new one), and was very laid back. He didn't seem to be especially passionate about his work, but still got the job done just as well. More
