Amazing customer care fof a non Mazda owner I stopped in to test drive a Mazda 3 late on a Friday afternoon and was helped by Matt Borsecnik. He was friendly and informative; took me out on 2 t I stopped in to test drive a Mazda 3 late on a Friday afternoon and was helped by Matt Borsecnik. He was friendly and informative; took me out on 2 test drives and then sent me off with the information that I was looking for on the car. As I was driving out of the parking lot I felt like one of my tires was "off". Before I knew it, Matt had pulled up beside me, motioned to roll my window down and told me I had a flat tire. He told me turn around and follow him back to the Mazda service center. It was just about 6pm and the service folks were gone for the day. So, Matt took off his suit coat and rolled up his white dress shirt sleeves and proceeded to take off my tire, find the problem nail that caused the flat and then plugged the hole - all with a smile on his face! Then he made sure I had his cell phone to call if I got stuck on my way home. Matt went above and beyond the call of duty! He insisted on helping me and took it upon himself to make sure I could get home safely. This was the best customer service I've ever received at any dealer and I didn't even buy a car from him! If I do decide to switch to a Mazda, Matt will definitely be the first person I'll call. More
