great service and parts people I brought my 2016 mazda 6 in for its 20000 mile oil change. I was greeted by Brian Hunter in service and he showed me to the lounge area. My car was I brought my 2016 mazda 6 in for its 20000 mile oil change. I was greeted by Brian Hunter in service and he showed me to the lounge area. My car was taken right away by a mechanic. (I have been to other dealerships where you make an appointment but it takes them hours to get to your car.) Brian even took out my cabin air filter and engine air filter brought them to me and asked if i would like to replace them. All the prices were already figured out so i knew if I could afford to do it or not. I had them replaced too. All the parts were in stock, so no extra wait time. They even gave my car a quick wash before giving it back. Bill was reasonably priced and I was on my way in an hour. Awesome experience. More

Great Experience! I did not plan on coming in to lease a car today, but was so happy I did! Just wanted to test drive some cars and Oscar found us an amazing deal to le I did not plan on coming in to lease a car today, but was so happy I did! Just wanted to test drive some cars and Oscar found us an amazing deal to lease that we couldn’t pass up. Worked very hard to make sure it would work out, even stayed past closing. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out and I love my new CX-5! And Matthew did a great job going through the financing and making it an easy and comfortable experience. More
Horrible Customer Service Please anyone going to this dealership proceed with caution and never let another person treat you with disrespect, belittling, and being pushy. My first complaint is regarding the finance manager at the Madison Mazda location. He was rude, belittling, pushy, condescending, and made me feel un easy about choosing this location. One comment that was made from him after the unwillingness to negotiate was “go ahead walk out, another person will come in and buy the vehicle”. At that time, I should have walked out of the dealership, but the vehicle that I wanted was there. He didn’t go over any paperwork that I was signing after I asked questions they were ignored as I was signing the paperwork he was VERY pushy and I asked do you have somewhere to be? He quoted yes, I do so if you can hurry up and sign these papers… at that point I was in shock a person would treat another person that way. I felt defeated, hurt, and disgusted by this person’s actions. I called immediately on Monday morning to talk with the GM Justin. I explained I was filing a complaint about the Finance Manager. Justin said he would get the message and have him call with an apology. Justin explained that with a used vehicle and higher mileage there were mechanic issues with the vehicle…. which were NEVER disclosed to me when buying the vehicle, which is illegal. I have since tried to reach out again to the GM Justin, multiple times and received no call back and it’s been a week. I have taken further action to hopefully get some resolution. Please proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership, they might have the car you want, but the way you are treated is not worth it. More
