Car purchase process with Hannah Voogd I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah Voogd in January of 2018. She's courteous, and she has checked in with me periodically to keep me up to date with I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah Voogd in January of 2018. She's courteous, and she has checked in with me periodically to keep me up to date with Mazda offers - which I have appreciated it. I am impressed with how caring, attentive, and diligent Hannah is. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. Her GM was also very kind, and catering. After going to a number of different dealerships, this team has been the one I have been the most comfortable with. Amazing Customer Service & Vehicle Purchased As soon we walked in, or even drove up , we were automatically greeted. He gave me all information I needed to know, he went above and beyond to helping us purchase, no hassle at all. Checked up on us more the waitress would! Haha, which is a great thing, I would ask for more information on the car and he would be able to tell me right away, no hesitation when asked a question. Matt, Finance managaer made it a quick and out for us faster than mcdonalds drive thru. Made sure we knew what we were signing. I love the LOVE I was getting and knowing I’m TAKEN cared of. Kyle was great Kyle made our search for a vehicle fun and stress-free. He was open to our needs and not pushy at all. In the end we ended up going with a vehicle at Kyle made our search for a vehicle fun and stress-free. He was open to our needs and not pushy at all. In the used car market you end up chasing the vehicle rather than a specific dealership or salesperson. But I would recommend anyone to work with Kyle.
