Less than honest dealership Thought we would give Russ Darrow a shot after leasing our last two cars through them. Bad decision to even consider them. Tried to tell us that we owed “negative equity” on our leased vehicles even though we did not own them, and they were supposed to ground them per Mazda. We found better deals elsewhere with payments $75 less per car without money down. I really feel like this company wants to rip anyone off who walks through their doors. I will tell anyone that will listen to not give them their business. The sales person seemed good, but the manager never even greeted us or gave us the time of day. More
Got a better suv than i hoped for! I recently totaled my 2012 Dodge Journey SXT. I showed up in a rental car nervous and kinda scared. I hoped to get something similar to what I had but I was overwhelmed and didnt know where to start. I was told to talk with Kyle. Kyle was patient understanding and listened to everything I said about what I hoped to find. He took my info, researched and found 2 options in my price range. He walked to another lot and drove back with my 1st option. After my test drive and asking questions, It was my dream vehicle. It had everything I wanted plus a few extras!! I couldnt be happier and I was treated more like a family member than a scared customer. So many great things happened for me at this dealership that I cant even begin to describe all the care and great service I received. Thank you Kyle for finding my dream vehicle and all your efforts to help me get my 2017 Dodge Journey SXT. Thank you Matt for finding great financing so I can afford my suv. We drove the vehicle and I explained to Liam that I was kind of in a rush, but that if I liked the vehicle I would come back later. Liam wasted no time and printed off the carfax for me, gave me his business card, and I was out of the door. He was completely understanding of my time frame and didn’t try to push me into staying longer or buying the vehicle. Liam was kind, calm, helpful, respectful, friendly, and professional. The way Liam treated my family and I is a big reason why I came back and purchased the vehicle. Liam should be a manager. Thank you Liam for all of your help, you were awesome! More
