Amazing customer care fof a non Mazda owner I stopped in to test drive a Mazda 3 late on a Friday afternoon and was helped by Matt Borsecnik. He was friendly and informative; took me out on 2 test drives and then sent me off with the information that I was looking for on the car. As I was driving out of the parking lot I felt like one of my tires was "off". Before I knew it, Matt had pulled up beside me, motioned to roll my window down and told me I had a flat tire. He told me turn around and follow him back to the Mazda service center. It was just about 6pm and the service folks were gone for the day. So, Matt took off his suit coat and rolled up his white dress shirt sleeves and proceeded to take off my tire, find the problem nail that caused the flat and then plugged the hole - all with a smile on his face! Then he made sure I had his cell phone to call if I got stuck on my way home. Matt went above and beyond the call of duty! He insisted on helping me and took it upon himself to make sure I could get home safely. This was the best customer service I've ever received at any dealer and I didn't even buy a car from him! If I do decide to switch to a Mazda, Matt will definitely be the first person I'll call. More

He listened to my concerns, especially allowing me to test drive the car in area where I was most comfortable. He worked hard with Justin, but not pushy, to get me into the car I wanted and ended with a win-win for all (I wanted the new car and they wanted my trade-in). I had no idea about insurance, plates, registration or the overall process of buying a car. I was helped by the whole team. If one of the team members didn't know the answer to my question another person was brought into the conversation to help. Overall, an easy process with salesman/women very easy to speak to and relate to in every aspect. I would recommend to other first time buyers. However, you could tell that there was some drama between staff, but in the end they all pulled together for great service collectively. Liam was especially good at listening to my needs and concerns, was not pushy to buy a brand new car (even though I did end up buying a new one), and was very laid back. He didn't seem to be especially passionate about his work, but still got the job done just as well. More
