Great experience at Russ Darrow We walked in on a Saturday morning to look at a specific car we had been comparing at other dealerships for our growing family. From the get-go, Matt We walked in on a Saturday morning to look at a specific car we had been comparing at other dealerships for our growing family. From the get-go, Matt was very personable and low-pressure, making for an easy experience. He listened to our needs and was able to show us a vehicle and price that ticked all the boxes. Though we didn’t plan to buy that day, Matt made it so transparent and relaxed that it became very easy to say yes to our new family vehicle. It was an enjoyable experience, even right through the warranty explanation from additional staff members. We will be back for our next car! More

They have been responsive to the few requests that we had about the car and have been helpful and friendly all the way through the process. We really love the Mazda CX-5, and coming from our history of buying either GM or Chrysler vehicles it was a jump going to Mazda but we have not regretted the decision. Brian in the service department is VERY helpful and I can see me wanting to take my car there for service just because of him. More
Service issues. I received the biggest run around regarding my car and warranty. I talked to two people in Madison and neither said my Nissan couldn’t be liked let a I received the biggest run around regarding my car and warranty. I talked to two people in Madison and neither said my Nissan couldn’t be liked let alone fixed in Madison. It had to go the Milwaukee area and I was expected to make all the arrangements to move it from one Russ Darrow dealer to another. They couldn’t find my warranty and there was no loaner. But maybe I could get a rental with my warranty if I have one. I would have to put down a deposit and make arrangements to get to the Milwaukee are dealer to get it. I did not feel like a valued customer. I have all the paperwork for my warranty. I had my car towed to Zimbrick and even though I was not their customer they treated me with respect and were concerned about making it right. They offered me a loaner car. I didn’t even have to ask. Unfortunately now I will have to pay the deductible for my warranty because Russ Darrow was unwilling to help. I was very disappointed with how I was treated. I am now a loyal customer to Zimbrick and will tell everyone I know to go to Russ Darrow. More
