previously happy but no longer will do business with them I have owned / leased 3 Mazda's and had an amazing past experience with my current 2016 Mazda CX5 lease experience. The salesperson, who is no longer I have owned / leased 3 Mazda's and had an amazing past experience with my current 2016 Mazda CX5 lease experience. The salesperson, who is no longer there was honest and upfront and made our experience want us to return. Well, that all changed on Saturday, August 3rd when we sat there for 4 hours while the salesperson, Mike, and the rude finance guy with the gauges in his ears sent us to lunch while they detailed our new car and we thought all was good. We returned and were told that there was an issue with MY credit and that the interest rate just went from 6% up to over 10% and not only did he not talk to us in a private room about this, he was rude and demeaning in front of other customers as well as Mike the salesperson. Mike called us today and left a voicemail that he had good news for us but you have lost a loyal customer. We will no longer do business with Russ Darrow Mazda. More
