New CX5 We own a 2016 CX5 and wanted to trade our Acura RDX in for another CX5. We went in and were planning on just looking and getting the information. Ky We own a 2016 CX5 and wanted to trade our Acura RDX in for another CX5. We went in and were planning on just looking and getting the information. Kyle was an awesome salesman. We drove a CX5 and the price was a little more than what we were planning. We then drove the Mazda3, which we loved, too, but decided to pay a little more for more value. Kyle knows the cars! He spent so much time with us to make sure we understood the differences and did not pressure us at all! Always asked if we had any other question. All the people we dealt with were friendly but Kyle really sold the vehicle! We went home with our new CX5 the same day! More

Worst car dealer experience of my life My wife and I had a 7 hour journey to/from Russ Darrow Mazda in Madison WI on 8/31/19 to purchase an MX-5 that we already had a written agreement for My wife and I had a 7 hour journey to/from Russ Darrow Mazda in Madison WI on 8/31/19 to purchase an MX-5 that we already had a written agreement for in hand that was signed by the sales manager. I obtained the agreement via email before making the long trip to the dealership. After an hour wait, the sales manager came out and indicated that the $750 new car Loyalty rebate was not available in my area. I explained that it most certainly was. He checked again and agreed. Another delay and he now indicated that there was a problem with the APR program not being available to me. I indicated that I was writing a check for the car and that the APR program has nothing to do with this transaction. He agreed again and then came back and said that the taxes were figured wrong and that I would have to pay about another $1200 more for the car than was agreed to in writing. I reminded him and showed him the purchase agreement that was already agreed to and signed. He said that he could not honor it ! A lengthy discussion ensued and I ended up leaving without the car. I am in disbelief that I went through the trouble of negotiating and received a written, signed agreement to purchase the car and then was told that the Russ Darrow written and signed agreement would not be honored. I was excited to purchase this car and my Saturday ended up being a wasted 7 hour ride and another 3 hours at the Russ Darrow Mazda dealership. I returned home without the car. I asked to speak with Russ Darrow and was told that was not going to happen. I will avoid anything that has Russ Darrow's name on it. More

We enjoyed doing business with this group, so if you're shopping for a Mazda, we recommend that you check these guys out. The explanation for the missing star is that there were a few small ducks that were not in line. However, we are overall satisfied with our purchase and enjoyed doing business here. More
