Great service as always! My vehicle was having some issues and Danny from service took great care of us yet again. I have 3 little kids so we need a loaner when we drop mine off and he had a cx9 start issues and Danny from service took great care of us yet again. I have 3 little kids so we need a loaner when we drop mine off and he had a cx9 started and waiting for me to be able to swap car seats quick and be on my way. He’s also been able to work well with my extended warranty company to get things covered. I know how hard that can be sometimes. Though getting your car repaired is never any fun, Russ Darrow Mazda service makes it as stress free as possible. :) More
My check engine light came on, I called Mazda they said bring it in and we'll give you a loaner. Great service 👍 they reset it and I had my car back same day. My last experience was completely unsatisfied. I had a flat tire which turned out to be not fixable, so i had to get new set of tires. Wes ( the service expert) quoted me estimates for only 3 different ti flat tire which turned out to be not fixable, so i had to get new set of tires. Wes ( the service expert) quoted me estimates for only 3 different tire brands( uniroyal, goodrich & continental) and he recommended the goodrich tires so i went with that, also during my visit i told him that my car is drifting toward left side (coz i hit a curb) and might need alignment. I dropped of my car on Saturday and quote was provided to me on Monday. On Tuesday when i picked up my car, my car was still drifting towards left even after alignment. The car jack in my back of my trunk was left like that and not kept in its right place (which i was expecting mazda folks would do as customer service courtesy) and i was hearing wind gushing noise from back while driving, which i was told are due to new tires and these tires are loud tires(which i was never informed of) So i had to bring back my car on Wednesday ( i live on east side, so driving again in middle of work is very challenging) and told another service representative addressed my concerns and found that alignment was still off ( dont know what kind of alignment was done on Tuesday). Also out of curiosity i ask service rep what other brand of tires they have as my ones were making noise. He then gave me different estimate for different brand, so i ask him if they can replace mine with a different brand which were quite while driving and the sales guy called me said straight no, the tires cannot be replaced and they were already put on. My question to Mazda service folks is, why you guys donot give proper information to your customers, like in my case sales or service rep. should have told me the xxxxxxand cons of each tire brand. As a customer, we rely completely on your skilled staff to give us all relevent information so that customer can make informed decision. I love mazda cars but service you guys are offering is completely unsatisfactory. More
