Something definitely off target on this visit. There definitely isn't a 12.5% fee for using a charge card. We would be happy to review all charges and fees with you. We seem to have had a communication issue or there is an error somewhere. Please stop in or contact our management team to make any corrections or provide explanation of chgarges.

While we appreciate your right to comment the claim of a 3000.00 warranty for glass and paint protection is incorrect and is exaggerated to try and create a bias. The coverage includes, up to 4 wheels and rim replacement, tire replacement, windshield repair or windshield replacement, coverage for dings and dents, lost keys and fob replacement and programming new remotes, paint and interior repair or replacement for seven years. The retail price is about 3000.00 but the discounted price you didn't mention. We would be happy to show you the completed breakdown if you wish. We try to form a lasting relationship with our customers and make sure they don't have unexpected or costly repairs after ownership. We hope you find a dealer that provides the ownership experience that we offer our customers.
