Our salesman Dylan is very nice. When we were almost done signing the lease papers I noticed on a form it showed the color is white. I am leasing a red Mazda. Someone wrote down the wrong vin number. This was not caught by the salesman or the finance manager. That is a huge mistake! We had to start all over again signing the papers with the correct vin number. This was a very inconvenient for us. So I had a service coupon from Mazda for free oil change etc. and the person taking my appointment argued that I would have to pay for service. He was wrong but he wouldn’t admit it. I was in for a service appointment. The service was efficient and pleasant. The waiting area is unfortunately a step below average in that the music is loud, and public. I couldn't make phone calls and there's no place to work. I had had hopes for the new building. However, appreciated the receptionist for offering coffee, etc. If I were buying a new car, the waiting area puts the dealership below Zimbrick and Lexus (and even Fields). I would recommend the service with the caveat to expect to waste the wait time in a corner of the showroom. Bring a book, read the comics - you will not be able to make phone calls or use a desk to get work done. More
