The car is nice, but the dealership is not honest and very greedy. I was planning to buy a new SUV from the dealership. I did a test drive and everything was smooth until we were talking about the number very greedy. I was planning to buy a new SUV from the dealership. I did a test drive and everything was smooth until we were talking about the numbers. The salesman said that the current policy was that the buyer “must finance” through the dealership. That is, paying but cash is not allowed (unless you pay extra $3000 for some insanely overcharging"Simoniz Diamond" protection that warrants the glass, and paint etc.). The website did include a “pay by cash” option, which was a lie. They should be honest. I'd suggest buying a Mazda from other dealerships that are honest in other nearby cities (e.g., Janesville, Milwaukee). More

Poor customer service. Pointless to make an appointment. Did not tell me that service was priority based despite appointment.
