Oil Change Typical oil change, Chauncey is always wonderful he has great customer service! Unfortunately this time took longer than usual over an hours time. Typical oil change, Chauncey is always wonderful he has great customer service! Unfortunately this time took longer than usual over an hours time. I also did not receive my sticker stating my milage for my next oil change. Therefore I had to call and request thsi. Service this time around was not as great as it has been in the past. I was not impressed. More

Didn't realize I was due for a tire rotation until I got home and read the form. Now I have to make a Separate appointment for that which is annoying. More

Misleading parts sales While waiting for an oil change tire rotation. The service clerk came into waiting area and asked if I wanted the engine air filter changed $40. I sai While waiting for an oil change tire rotation. The service clerk came into waiting area and asked if I wanted the engine air filter changed $40. I said sure I’m to busy to go to auto store and do it myself. When the bill came I was charged for two air filters. One for the engine and another for the air cabin. Only the $40 engine filter was mentioned, the the $40 cabin filter which I was also billed for. I think this is sneaky and misleading, they just threw the other filter in without adoring then charge me for it. I think they should either remove it or not charge me for it. I probably could’ve gone to parts store and replaced both myself for $30 not $80. I don’t like shiesty xxxx like that. Scammers...... More

Awesome service and great people. I purchased a vehicle here and I came back for an oil change. The people here are great. They treat me like family. The sales managers recognized me a I purchased a vehicle here and I came back for an oil change. The people here are great. They treat me like family. The sales managers recognized me and made conversation about my satisfaction with my purchased and offer me commendations while I waited. I remember having a great experience buying my car and the management treated me really well. I would come back here if I needed another vehicle. More

Bamboozled Brought my car in to get the brakes checked since I was sent a coupon from the dealership and my brakes had not been checked since I owned the car. A Brought my car in to get the brakes checked since I was sent a coupon from the dealership and my brakes had not been checked since I owned the car. After inspection of the brakes, the service guy said I could continue to drive since had some life left in the pads or could replace sine would have to probably be done within the next few months. Since I was there I chose to have them replaced and planned to use my $119 brake pad special coupon. After an hour, the service dept. called and said that the replacement of brake pads would cost almost $500 because when they replace the pads, THEY "typically" break the rotor or some other part in the pad replacement process???? I was then told that they also checked the rear drums and there was some dust build up that they could brush off for another $300!!! My wife and I are planning on trading in soon for new cars but after being bamboozled by the service department, we'll go somewhere else from now on for new cars AND service!!!!!!!!! And buy the way, after paying nearly $500 FOR BRAKE PADS, they didn't even wash my car! More
