Great service and very friendly! I have always admired the your service department for the way they went out of there way to please me. The I take there was my mothers and she always I have always admired the your service department for the way they went out of there way to please me. The I take there was my mothers and she always had it serviced there .And I understand way. The six cd changer broke and they went on eBay and went through five CD players before they found one that works. I am very happy with all the service I have had there and will continue to have service on the car there .Thank you Geoff Keats More

Oil Change Typical oil change, Chauncey is always wonderful he has great customer service! Unfortunately this time took longer than usual over an hours time. I also did not receive my sticker stating my milage for my next oil change. Therefore I had to call and request thsi. Service this time around was not as great as it has been in the past. Didn't realize I was due for a tire rotation until I got home and read the form. Now I have to make a Separate appointment for that which is annoying. More

Misleading parts sales While waiting for an oil change tire rotation. The service clerk came into waiting area and asked if I wanted the engine air filter changed $40. I sai While waiting for an oil change tire rotation. The service clerk came into waiting area and asked if I wanted the engine air filter changed $40. I said sure I’m to busy to go to auto store and do it myself. When the bill came I was charged for two air filters. One for the engine and another for the air cabin. Only the $40 engine filter was mentioned, the the $40 cabin filter which I was also billed for. I think this is sneaky and misleading, they just threw the other filter in without adoring then charge me for it. I think they should either remove it or not charge me for it. I probably could’ve gone to parts store and replaced both myself for $30 not $80. I don’t like shiesty xxxx like that. Scammers...... More
