Car services had two other cars in lot and took an hour and a half to do an oil change. Then took another 15 mins just to get my paperwork from service rep desk to receptionist. And person who did oil change forget to reset it on car. This isn’t the first or second time it’s taken an unreasonable time to do an oil change. Very frustrating More
