DO NOT go to this Mazda dealership! One of the managers, Ben, is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! He's the first salesman with ZERO customer service skills and seems like he's happier if he doesn't make a sale. I do Ben, is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! Wouldn't it be in their best interest to make a sale? He was happy to see me walk. I went to the Russ Darrow Mazda near Menomonee Falls and got the SAME car I was looking at at the Greenfield location for the price I wanted. Save yourself a headache and being talked down to and go to another location. I should also mention: Ben said my trade-in was a piece of GARBAGE and he didn't want it. KBB valued it at $830 and the other Mazda dealership honored that. I wish I could rate this dealership AND the manager Ben zero stars. More
I would not purchase a car from this dealership just based on principle. I have a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I did research in having it repaired and noted that many said Mazda replaced it for free due to it being a defect with the latch, and some said they were charged a nominal fee due to the low price of a new latch and the ease at which to replace it. Russ Darrow charged me $72.00 to gave it replaced! That is not good customer service! I am actually in the market for a new car right now, but due to this price gouging, I will not even consider buying from Russ Darrow, and it really turned me off to Mazda’s in general. Also, I had a $300.00 car detail the day prior to this service, my car looked show room new. The tech at Mazda decided to put my car through their car wash on a 14 degree day. My car was covered with ice by the time I came out to it, it left marks all the car and windows, my gas cover was frozen, I had a very difficult time getting it off and took a very long time to get it back on, and that’s all the cashier did was chuckle and said, “oh, I told him not to wash it, I bound tell you just had it cleaned”. Then had the nerve to still charge me $72.00 for the latch! That is the last time they will ever see me! More

Terrible Dealership. The sales Manager Ben actually increased the price of the vehicle because I didn't have a trade in and was going to take advantage of Mazda Financing. The he couldn't get an accura increased the price of the vehicle because I didn't have a trade in and was going to take advantage of Mazda Financing. The he couldn't get an accurate price on the vehicle because he couldn't find the title, but would call when he found it. No return call. Spoke to another manager who was going to call back and never did. I called two weeks later and Ben apologized for the poor service. I bought my CX-5 from Bergstrom for 2k less, with excellent customer service. I would never buy from Russ Darrow, even if the price was less. Arrogant, terrible customer service. Sorry Russ Darrow, take a lesson from Hall or Bergstrom. They know how to treat customers! More
