Ruby went above and beyond to help me with a malfunction with my car that would of costed $1200 despite only having 30k miles. She made sure to focus on a loyal customer and worked hard to dispute and resol with my car that would of costed $1200 despite only having 30k miles. I've been servicing my Mazda's here since 2007 and have always had good service and straight up answers from the service dept. personnel. I tried an independent service center awhile back that cost me plen always had good service and straight up answers from the service dept. personnel. I tried an independent service center awhile back that cost me plenty but didn't fix the problem, after three days of trying. I went back to this dealership to get the repair that needed to be done. They diagnosed it within ten minutes and the repair cost was less than I had already paid at another service center that could not fix the issue. More
I spoke with Kelly Murray in the Sales Department and she was very upbeat and polite. We sat down at her desk and she asked me what I was looking for in a car. When we found out what my budget was she ga she was very upbeat and polite. We sat down at her desk and she asked me what I was looking for in a car. When we found out what my budget was she gave me options to choose from letting me test drive each one. All the while Kelly stayed very enthsiastic and polite. Four test drives later I picked a favorite out. She was very knowledgeable about each car and SUV I tested and answered any questions I had. She was kind enough to help me set up the Blue Tooth in my car just before I was ready to drive off with my new purchase. I'd highly recommend asking for her if visiting Russ Darrow Mazda in Greenfield for a car. More
