New breaks are good. That’s what I came in for. Price for this work is excessive. Additional Excessive charges: $25 for tire rotation when the wheels were off already for breaks. This is just wrong. $35 for this work is excessive. Additional Excessive charges: $25 for tire rotation when the wheels were off already for breaks. This is just wrong. $35 for shop supplies 10 percent of the bill - really? If you say this is correct. You need to get a consultant in to investigate what’s going on with prices your paying for supplies, consumption, and theft. Something is wrong with this amount of money you are charging. Then there’s the $914 estimate and bogus pressure for getting urgent repairs - oil leak (Unnecessary) I was told if I didn’t do that my engine would be ruined. I looked at this one my engine when I was home and the bottom of the cover has some oil on it that has been there for a long time. No dripping oil. Additionally there never has been any oil spots on my garage floor. Mazda builds a quality engine- Telling me that this will destroy my engine- really? This is my wife’s car, later she told me the steering wheel and door handle was greasy dirty. Please wipe your hands, or grease off the car. More

Giving a 1 star because I was helped quickly and my salesperson, Alex, kept it professional and comfortable. Otherwise the shopping experience was rather upsetting. Came in to test drive a 2017 Mazda3 salesperson, Alex, kept it professional and comfortable. Otherwise the shopping experience was rather upsetting. Came in to test drive a 2017 Mazda3 sport that had only 23k miles on it, but after seeing a small crack on the bumper I was offered to test drive the same model but in a different color. The other Mazda3 sport had 37k miles on there. Keep in mind the initial Mazda3 I was looking at was priced at a live market value of $15,722, which in my opinion was a fair price. Alex mentioned that the Mazda3 Grand Touring trim had a couple more safety and interior features and was price around 17-18k, making sure to mention it was only 2-3k more than the Sports model. I stuck with the sports model and took it for a test drive and ended up liking the car. As we sat down to make the deal, the pricing of the car was $3000 more than what was shown on the website. The initial Mazda3 I looked at was priced at $15,722. The one I test drove had around 10k more miles so I would assume its price be lower, but instead it was priced at $18k, the same amount that was mentioned for the Grand Touring trim. I was confused so I mentioned the online pricing and was told those were the pricings if I had a car trade-in. I'm not sure how that would make sense as there is nothin on the website that mentions the price only reflects if I had a trade in. Alex told me it was probably somewhere in the fine print, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought I must have missed it. Only to check on the website again to find nothing stating I needed a trade-in. I am confused on how they would put a price value on a car if we had a trade-in without even knowing our car's trade-in value. I am also confused on how the car was priced at nearly the same price of what I was told the Grand Touring model was since it would have more features and a more expensive trim. Overall ended up not purchasing the car. Alex was going back in forth to talk to his manager to see if they can make a deal. I felt as though they didn't care whether they had my business or not. Not a pleasant experience and I hope their website is changed to actually reflect accurate prices. TLDR: Pricing did not match what was shown on website, unpleasant experience. More
