The people here are so incredibly rude and incompetent. I’d believe every negative review on here because they’re all very similar. Not to mention the “sorry for your experience” replies are just insulting. Customer service is absolutely not a thing here. I bought a CX-5 and love it, but I will never work with this dealer again. My trade-in value was extremely low compared to two other places I got offers from (managed to get them to raise it), they LOST my trade-in title and didn’t realize it until SIX MONTHS LATER - then Gus flat out lied to me in an email about them contacting me “multiple times” after he sent the title request to the DMV. Gus called me the day he requested the title and then I never heard from them again until FOUR weeks later when THREE OF THEM HOUNDED MY VOICEMAIL AND EMAIL WITHIN TWO HOURS. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that they clearly had someone ready to buy my trade-in and were just NOW following up on the title that was mailed to me. I had a ton of person crap going on in my life then so the title was literally the last thing on my mind. If they needed it sooner, they should’ve followed up with me sooner. That’s their own fault. Lying to a customer about “them trying to contact me repeatedly” because they’re in a bind and desperate, that’s just embarrassing incompetence and incredibly rude. Then, working with Brian in finance was a complete nightmare to get my extended warranty cancelled. I had to repeatedly contact him in a span of SIX MONTHS as well because he clearly had no idea how to process the cancellation. I finally called the corporate office to get it handled, and Mandy was kind and incredibly apologetic for the headache Mazda caused me and stil honored the full refund price even though it was only good for 60 days from purchase. Make your own choice as to whether you truly want to work with this dealer, but Mazda in Greenfield gives the Russ Darrow name a bad image. I seriously wonder how any of the staff sleep at night with how crooked and rude they are. More

Go to buy and they added 2500 to invoice without mentioning it and didnt discount msrp like they show on Cars.com site. I caught paint warranty ECP and said to take it off i didnt want extra paint warranty. They said required as part of sale. I walked out. They outright lie to get you in door and hope you'll buy anyway. Deceptive business practices. More

I called to confirm that they had a car in stock. The next day I go there and the salesman says the car is in storage. So I make an appointment to see the car on a different day. In the meantime, they raised the price of the car by $3000 two days later. So I called them and they won't honor the price they had previously had. Manager tells me some market adjustment xxxxxxxx. The car has been in their inventory for 140 days. Sure would have thought they would want to sell it. But maybe not? Talk about a xxxx poor way to do business. I hope they don't treat all potential customers the way I was treated. More
