Jacob answered every question, took me out on multiple test rides and worked extremely hard to find me the right car. Can't say enough good things about the entire team that helped me through this process. They even stayed late beyond normal business hours to finish up the paperwork on a holiday weekend. He is always responsive and even when we found a possible vehicle that was a Mazda sold at a Checy dealership he did what he could to either have his dealership purchase or to arranged for his service team to inspect it to make sure it met the expectations of any of the vehicles on his lot. He truly goes above and beyond, and as a woman doesn't undermine my intelligence about the vehicles. He treats me with respect, listens to my questions or concerns and addresses each of them thoroughly. We have appreciated everything he has done for us and will continue our service in the future.
