I CAME IN TO THE DEALERSHIP ONE EVENING, THERE WERE PEOPLE MILLING AROUND BUT AS I STOOD THERE AT THE MANAGER'S DESK, JASON SAW ME AND IMMEDIATELY GOT UP FROM HIS DESK TO GREET ME AND LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE RIGHT W/ME AS SOON AS HE WAS THROUGH W/HIS PRESENT CUSTOMER. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, WE WERE DISCUSSING MY NEEDS FOR A NEW VEHICLE. HE WAS ATTENTIVE TO ME, GAVE ME EXTREMELY PERSON SERVICE AND GENUINELY WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. HE WAS COURTEOUS, CHARMING, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD A SPECIFIC TYPE OF VEHICLE AND MONTHLY PAYMENT IN MIND AND HE PRESENTED ME W/SEVERAL OPTIONS, ALL OF WHICH WERE IN MY PRICE POINT AND MET MY NEEDS. WE WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE IN THE 2018 CX5, HE POINTED OUT EVERY SINGLE FEATURE TO ME AND EXPLAINED WHATEVER I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND PATIENTLY. WE GOT BACK - I LOVED THE VEHICLE - JASON INTRODUCED ME TO HIS MANAGER NIC DISTASIO - WE NEGOTIATED VERY AMICABLY AND CAME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT I WANTED. I THEN WENT IN TO SEE ALEX BERGESON IN FINANCING, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND WE SEAMLESSLY FINISHED MY TRANSACTION. I CAN SAY WITHOUT EXCEPTION THAT JASON EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATION I HAD GOING IN TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE BECAUSE I WAS READY TO BATTLE! NO NEED - THEY ACCOMMODATED MY EVERY NEED AND I TRUELY FELT LIKE THEY ROLLED OUT THE RED CARPET FOR ME!
