Bad experience After looking at the vehicle I told the sales man I would be back later that day with my husband. Shortly after I left I received a call stating I only had a couple hours to return that other dealers wanted that vehicle. Today that truck is still there!! When I returned the sales man didn’t seen like he was trying to work with us. My credit is not the worst yet I was told I needed $6000 down.. Smh Three years ago I bought a car with a 480 credit score and didn’t put a quarter of that down. I will never return to Russ Darrow and tell all friends and Family not to go there!! More

Bad first experience I came in originally to get a recall done on my car to which they made my car more unsafe to drive so I was basically made to have to get a new car. I came in originally to get a recall done on my car to which they made my car more unsafe to drive so I was basically made to have to get a new car. When we drove the “new” car that was supposed to be ready for sale the exhaust was falling off it and all the manager said was “oh yeah that’s the one with the exhaust rattle” I mean really? Aren’t defective things supposed to be corrected before sale?. Once that was corrected I ultimately bought the vehicle and drove it once to work and had to bring it back less than 24hrs after I bought it. I told the salesperson that I had an issue with the car I just purchased the day before and all he said to me was “did you buy the warranty?” I said no but I just bought the car less than 24hrs ago. They do not seem to want to stand behind the cars they sell and could care less if customers are happy after they get your money. Will not be coming back. More
