I am very happy with my mazda 2 the entire buying experience was painless ans they made it very easy for me. I originally came in to find a used mazda 3 i saw on the website, When i got to the dealer experience was painless ans they made it very easy for me. I originally came in to find a used mazda 3 i saw on the website, When i got to the dealership i fell in love with the mazda 2 and the best part was they were able to get me in to a new 2013 instead of the used mazda 3 for less money than i was going to spend. I needed a car for a family member. Salesman Carl Letizia was recommended by a friend. After I explained what I needed he found me the right car. He took his time with me - no pressure. I visited him again a few weeks later to trade my nine year old vehicle (purchased at a different Darrow dealership). I had something in mind but Carl explained why another car would better suit my needs. He was right! The sales manager wouldn't budge on the trade-in price of my car which is why I rated "price" a 4 but overall I am extremely happy with Russ Darrow Mazda and Carl! I have already recommended Carl to others. More
Got a lot of resistance when I tried to get them to come down in price....a few hundred was all they would lower the price. Rather disappointed in that. Tag info on car was very misleading, it said Sirius satellite compatible and the radio on the inside had a Sirius button for the radio...I know you need a subscription so I didn't ask about it. Picked up the car and made a comment about it and was told I need to purchase 2 other items and have them installed to the tune of $500. They would not even give me a break on the price of the kits or installation! According to them I should have known that it didn't come with the kit even though they make it look like it does. What got me the maddest was their complete unwillingness to try to fix the situation. The salesman even admitted that the sticker description was vague. Buyer beware!! More
DEALERSHIP CLEARED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND SOLD ME A FAULTY VEHICLE WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE NEED FOR REPAIR! I purchased a vehicle from Russ Darrow Mazda after being backed into a corner due to VERY poor FAULTY VEHICLE WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE NEED FOR REPAIR! I purchased a vehicle from Russ Darrow Mazda after being backed into a corner due to VERY poor sales ethics. I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for a vehicle from Russ Darrow Mazda, only to have the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT come on FIVE DAYS after signing papers at this dealership. Russ Darrow Mazda GM GEORGE and Sales Manager NICK PALADINO have offered NO resolutions to the fact that THIS dealership sold me a vehicle that cannot LEGALLY operate in the state of WI. When the car was brought in to diagnose the problem, Russ Darrow Mazda wanted to charge for the diagnostic test, as WELL as a $800 repair. After agreeing to repair the issue for us, GM George called back and said that we would have to pay, because they were "losing too much money". Visited the location again to explain that Russ Darrow Mazda has a duty to its customers to sell and finance multi-thousand-dollar vehicles for its customers THAT ARE LEGALLY OPERABLE! BBB and State will be notified of this HORRIBLE dealership.I will NEVER buy a vehicle from the Russ Darrow Company or its affiliates ever again. I will stop at nothing to make sure that EVERYONE I encounter will be made weary of this establishment as well. More

Once I bought the car, the sales personnel went to great lengths to help me familiarize myself with the various interior controls. When I needed to take the car in for routine maintenance,the service representative was very easy to work with.There was once a necessity to bring the car in due to a manufacturers defect. I was given a car rental at no cost for the duration of the time my car was in the shop. The staff at Russ Darrow are first class.I would go there again. More
