How much a customer worth? We just leased our second, and last vehicle from this dealership. At the time we finalized the new lease deal, the sales manager Patrick agreed to c We just leased our second, and last vehicle from this dealership. At the time we finalized the new lease deal, the sales manager Patrick agreed to cover our over-mileage charges ($500) from our previous lease. The vehicle we wanted wasn't available at this dealership, but was at another lot, so we made an appointment with our salesman for the following week to pick up the new car, and complete the paperwork. We returned at the time of our appointment, but our sales person was tied up with another customer, so they had another sales guy write up the deal. All was great until we got the over-mileage invoice from the finance company. I returned to dealership on a Friday, 4/14/17, to get this resolved. I spoke to original salesman we made the deal with, and he remembered that the over-mileage was to be covered. The manager did not remember, and said they would have to send out for the original paperwork because it was no longer at the dealership. I was told I would receive a call on Monday, 4/17/17. I did not receive any calls the following week, so I made the drive back to dealership to find the manager on vacation, and no one knew anything about it. The sales manager that was there said he would look in to our situation, and get back to me. He did, and because it was not written into the original contract, they would not cover it. I take some responsibility for not making sure this was written into the contract, but I think if my appointment was honored, and the original salesman wrote up the deal, this would not have happened. It didn’t matter to these “managers” that their salesman remembered this as part of the deal, so we got punished for them not honoring an appointment with a sales person. In the mind of Russ Darrow Mazda, a customer is not worth $500. More

List of wrong was bigger then the list of things that worked This car should have been in a demolition derby! I drove 2 hours to find out the car was barely even street legal! 4x4 didn't work, breaks were shot, antifreeze was leaking, power steering hose was broken,everything that possible could leak on a car was leaking, this car wasn't even drivable. Disappointed dosent even begin to describe how this is. They were asking about $7000 for the vehicle and needs about $3000 worth of work for it to be an everyday driver. More
