They are extremely personable and helpful. I had an issue happen to my car recently and the manager of the service department got right on the phone to try to assist to resolve the issue. He also kept me in the loop with what was going on step by step. I appreciated his helpfulness. In sales, I have purchased two cars from this dealership. The sales person was a great help and wants you to get into the car that you want. He is extremely personable and you don't feel pressured like other places when you go to look at or buy a car.
