Kept saying they would have someone follow up with me but never had follow up with salesperson. Perhaps because I was out of state. Eventually they indicated car was sold. Staff promptly greeted me on arrival. Check in process was fast and efficient. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion. As a longtime VIP Customer & Current Driver of a 2021 Mazda sedan today was my first time service dept.experience having my first oil change performed @ Greenfield Mazda location. How Amazingly Impressed Mazda sedan today was my first time service dept.experience having my first oil change performed @ Greenfield Mazda location. How Amazingly Impressed I was today from the initial interaction with the service advisor Chauncey Lovett who took care of me today upon my arrival and a brief status update using their( 20) point Check List performed by the lube technicians today as well. My first time experience to this Greenfield Mazda Service Dept.was Amazing & beyond Over the Top ! How Impressed & utterly Happy & Trusting I felt today having the Entire Service Dept.Team interaction I experienced today from this Greenfield Mazda Store location from start to finish today…. Not a transparent buying process. Things were snuck in to our finance contract under the radar and never gone through as they should have been. Yes, we should have read everything carefully, but then again our finance contract under the radar and never gone through as they should have been. Yes, we should have read everything carefully, but then again do you want to buy from this type of place? We ended up with a 4 year old vehicle with headlight error messages the very next day and were told that this was disclosed in the paperwork and was now our problem. Never again. More
