Misled and decieved. I called on a Thursday night, confirm vehicle still there, confirmed the features of vehicle as there was one glaring error in online listing, stated I called on a Thursday night, confirm vehicle still there, confirmed the features of vehicle as there was one glaring error in online listing, stated there were 20 inch black aluminum wheels which clearly it did not. No big deal I can look past that. Informed sales rep that I would be driving from St Paul, MN about 5 hours away to purchase vehicle and based on that I asked "is this a clean 1 owner car or does it show a lot of wear and tear" Sales rep stated it was a very clean vehicle. He took 8 pictures and sent them to me. I told him I would call him next day to let him know when I was leaving. I called him at 11:00 am and said should be there by 4:00 pm. He promised me he would have vehicle clean and ready to go. I called him at 2:30 pm to let him know I was making good time and GPS said I would be there at 3:30 pm. I reiterated to him that he please have vehicle ready to go as we wanted to buy and go as we were driving back to St Paul that day, 10 hours of drive time. Sales rep said it will be cleaned and detailed, ready to go. We arrive a 3:30 pm like I told him we would and was really disappointed. Vehicle was out front covered in dirt, ice and snow. Asked what had happened and said let get the paper work done and we will clean it. I said I need to inspect if before I buy it so we waited 30 minutes while it was cleaned. WOW was I disappointed, 3 major dents needing repair, a scratch which can not be buffed out and trim on from bumper broken and hanging down. All minor for dealership but not for a buyer. I said to Sales person, you said it was a clean car and he responded what do you expect for a used car. I said this is a $43,000 used car, no one buys one at that price with all these issues. It felt very misleading and deceitful on how he handled not cleaning car before we got there, like he was hiding damage, etc. New car manager offered me $100 off for damage which would cost me between $1,000 and $1,500 to get fixed, if no new panels were needed. Really disappointed that they knew we drove 5 hours and no honesty, integrity, or care for our time was shown. Have relatives in Milwaukee, already shared story with everyone of them. Just be care when dealing with this dealership is all. Needless to say we did not buy the vehicle. More

So fast and easy I found a car on their online inventory at the sheboygan location and called and asked if it could be transferred to this location. Dale took care of it right away the car was there waiting for me as soon as I got there a few hours later. I went in with numbers in mind that I could afford hoping that car would work out. Aj showed me the car I found online right away as well as another nicer and newer car that was similar. Jason found out a way to make this newer car affordable to me so fast. The entire process took no longer than 3 hours. Everyone was very helpful and so nice. More

A few days later, we came in to buy, not realizing that the dealership was closing shortly (sorry, guys!). The staff stayed over 2 hours late to assist us with making the sale. Also, when Jason Poster was running my financing, he gave me one rate, which we agreed to, but when we went to sign the paperwork he told us he had gotten a better rate than what we agreed on! I'm very happy with the staff here! Thank you! More

Great sales person Jason Mertens was the sales rep that I worked with, and he was great. Very accommodating, thorough in explanations and seems like an honest and genuine guy. He is the reason I decided to purchase a car from Russ Darrow Mazda Greenfield. He went to bat for me. So, he gets a five star rating. My experiences with two other management individuals was not so nice, however... so I can’t give a five star rating to the dealership. If you have to end up talking with the manger Jason Polster, don’t believe any of his “the banks owe me so I can beat them down to XX $$ per month. I’ll do whatever it takes to get your business” bologna. That was his spiel to me in a nutshell after my first visit. When I came back the second time to purchase the car, this Jason wasn’t there but Patrick Olson was. Patrick essentially told me that he couldn’t do what I was expecting. He didn’t have an answer for why Jason Polster told me what he did. In terms of my dealings with Patrick, he was pretty condescending and talked to me like I didn’t understand what was going on. Shame on me for taking what one of his employees said to me seriously. All in all, Jason Mertens was able to work out an acceptable deal for me and his service was above and beyond. More
