Terrible Dealership. The sales Manager Ben actually increased the price of the vehicle because I didn't have a trade in and was going to take advantage of Mazda Financing. The he couldn't get an accurate price on the vehicle because he couldn't find the title, but would call when he found it. No return call. Spoke to another manager who was going to call back and never did. I called two weeks later and Ben apologized for the poor service. I bought my CX-5 from Bergstrom for 2k less, with excellent customer service. I would never buy from Russ Darrow, even if the price was less. Arrogant, terrible customer service. Sorry Russ Darrow, take a lesson from Hall or Bergstrom. They know how to treat customers! More

Received an email confirmation/appointment to come in and see used vehicle found on their website. After arriving I was told the vehicle reserved is no longer for sale, but is being sent to auction. They do see used vehicle found on their website. After arriving I was told the vehicle reserved is no longer for sale, but is being sent to auction. They do have it, just will not sell it to me. Also the other vehicles in my lower price range are unavailable as well. If I would be able to double my price point they would have some vehicles available to be shown. Vehicle in question is still on their website. So clearly Bait & switch it is almost a perfect example for the Lanham Act. More
If your smart you would not buy a vehicle from these people. They sold me a vehicle with a bad engine and never told me about it. They just started shoving papers at me and told me to just sign them. Never did they give me a chance to look at what I was signing. A month and half later my vehicle is junk that I spent 11 thousand on and refuses to fix it at there cost. They sure don't care and have really bad customer service. I guess it should of been a sign when I had a appointment at 1145 to pick up my vehicle and 4 hours later I was still there waiting for my vehicle that I should of walked away. Should I also mention that they told me my vehicle was detailed and it never was and they said they put gas in it and never did. After being there for 4 hours already I just wanted to leave and get home for a different appointment that I had. More

Very unhappy and disappointed with the whole process. No dealing on a used car, NONE! We paid cash and the person helping us with paperwork was sleep walking through the process. Called to asked if they had mats, but not a one in the entire dealership not even an offer to help. Again the whole situation from start to finish was disappointing. More
