WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, WE WERE DISCUSSING MY NEEDS FOR A NEW VEHICLE. HE WAS ATTENTIVE TO ME, GAVE ME EXTREMELY PERSON SERVICE AND GENUINELY WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. WE WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE IN THE 2018 CX5, HE POINTED OUT EVERY SINGLE FEATURE TO ME AND EXPLAINED WHATEVER I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND PATIENTLY. WE GOT BACK - I LOVED THE VEHICLE - JASON INTRODUCED ME TO HIS MANAGER NIC DISTASIO - WE NEGOTIATED VERY AMICABLY AND CAME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT I WANTED. I THEN WENT IN TO SEE ALEX BERGESON IN FINANCING, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND WE SEAMLESSLY FINISHED MY TRANSACTION. I CAN SAY WITHOUT EXCEPTION THAT JASON EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATION I HAD GOING IN TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE BECAUSE I WAS READY TO BATTLE!
