1st car for my son - Great place! I have worked with Dale Thorsen before, when I purchased my first Mazda. I was extremely confident going in knowing he would take care of me and my fa I have worked with Dale Thorsen before, when I purchased my first Mazda. I was extremely confident going in knowing he would take care of me and my family. His customer service was nothing less than OUTSTANDING ! Although he was working with 3 different sets of customers at the same time, he was polite and did not make me feel rushed. He found us a 2007 Mazda6 with SUPER-LOW miles for my 17-year old that was right in his budget and had everything he wanted - other than being manual transmission. Not a big deal...let's get the basics down first :) We talked about the extended service contract (term, deductible and price) that we wanted for the vehicle so that my son wouldn't have to worry about major mechanical expenses while he was at college. PERFECT ! Everything was great! Went in to finance to do the paperwork, and Ziggy changed the term and deductible. He tried to get me to sign the papers, telling me, "Don't worry - it will be different on the contract". I'm sorry - but if I'm signing my name on a formal document, then it had better be correct! I threatened to walk away from the deal before he went out to the managers and came back. He then (with major attitude) told me, "The managers finally ok'ed it. I guess we will take the loss." I'm sorry - I am not going to let one person ruin my whole experience, when everything up to that point was great. I mentioned it to Dale after we were done signing the paperwork, and he apologized profusely. My son now happily owns his first Mazda, and I will still come back to Greenfield Mazda for my future purchases on newer Mazdas! The greatest thing is that they know your name when you walk in the door :) Hats off to Dale for a great experience! More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! My first interaction at the dealer was with JR who was so kind and helpful. He pages Don to assist me and man, am I glad that’s who he called. Don asked me what I was looking for and basically what did I need? He asked me questions so he could help me rather than just sale a vehicle to me. I can’t say that I remember any car salesman I’ve interacted with in the past but Don is definitely someone I’ll remember and hope to see if/or when I have to take my car in. I can’t believe how good my experience was at Russ Darrow Mazda, specially b/c the first time I went in I left without making a purchase. They weren’t pushy and were genuinely interested in helping me make my decision without pressure. I made an appointment to come back almost a week later but ended up going a day early and Don was kind enough to stay throughout the process even though he had other arrangements after 5pm when he was off. Once in the process of purchasing my new vehicle I met Alex who answered every annoying question I had about what I was signing, and he did so with a smile and it was no bother at all. (Of course it shouldn’t be a bother but I say that b/c a lot of places don’t make u feel comfortable or it turns into a battle of them trying to talk u into something you’re not sure about.) But Don, Alex and JR made me feel comfortable to disagree or question the options I was given or to say no or maybe. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were happy to help me and it showed. I’m so glad I went to the Greenfield location and I’m so happy with my car. I got a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Select. I’m still in disbelief b/c this vehicle and my experience were so amazing. Thank you again Don, Alex and JR, and it was so great to meet Gary too. Very happy to see smiling helpful faces!! More
