Staff is horrible but Jason is honest and actually cares. I worked with Jason after working with another sales associate that didn't go over so well with me. I actually went to another dealership because of t I worked with Jason after working with another sales associate that didn't go over so well with me. I actually went to another dealership because of this. I called back to Russ Darrow because the deal they had was cheaper than the other dealer I was approved with. On the second attempt I was blown away by the professionalism knowledge and honesty of Jason. Way to go Jason. Screw the other staff. More

Not as good as I thought Well we were having a decent experience and all but as soon as we were signing it seemed way to expensive. My husband was the only one on the papers and I was running after my kids. In the course of time that i was by Ron i heard him say 3 times that the car was not going to be the price we saw on the sticker. He kept saying around 6000 or 7000. But low and behold we have a loan for about 17000 dollars. Guess we will never go back and we wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to get ripped off. More

Oil Change Typical oil change, Chauncey is always wonderful he has great customer service! Unfortunately this time took longer than usual over an hours time. I also did not receive my sticker stating my milage for my next oil change. Therefore I had to call and request thsi. Service this time around was not as great as it has been in the past.
