Dealership handling of repeat customer Recall was done regarding airbag. When I got my car back and upon driving away from the dealership I noticed that there were scratches on my dash boar Recall was done regarding airbag. When I got my car back and upon driving away from the dealership I noticed that there were scratches on my dash board. But she mark by the door of my car. I went back and they just simply looked at it and did not about it cause they said it couldn't have been done by them. So the scratches just miraculously appeared in my dash? More

Worst place to try to buy a car My husband and I tried for 3 days to talk to someone about buying a car we saw 2 days prior and each time we called they said the salesperson was "out My husband and I tried for 3 days to talk to someone about buying a car we saw 2 days prior and each time we called they said the salesperson was "out" and goodbye. We were never given the opportunity to talk to anyone else. I asked to talk to a sales manager and was transferred to his secretary who told me to call back and ask to talk to the sales manager. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes and finally told the sales manager was busy- period. No offer to call back or to speak to anyone else. When after 4 days our salesperson was back in the office I called and asked if he could do anything to show that they wanted our business ("even $50 off the price of the car"). He eagerly assured me he would call me back in 5 minutes with an answer. Two and 1/2 hours later when he called back and said there was nothing he could do. In thirty years of buying cars neither my husband or myself have ever had an interaction with a dealership seemingly so disinterested in selling a car. We have purchased cars from this dealership before and had a good experience, but apparently they no longer need to sell cars or care about customer service, so I recommended looking elsewhere. More

Bait and switch tactics. Called to look at vehicle. Got confirmation it was on lot. Drove 3 hours there then they lied and said it was sold. The car was never on the lot. Great service and very friendly! I have always admired the your service department for the way they went out of there way to please me. The I take there was my mothers and she always I have always admired the your service department for the way they went out of there way to please me. The I take there was my mothers and she always had it serviced there .And I understand way. The six cd changer broke and they went on eBay and went through five CD players before they found one that works. I am very happy with all the service I have had there and will continue to have service on the car there .Thank you Geoff Keats More
