Terrible management job Walked into dealership and the manager Nick said he would help get me into a car I had seen at another location. Shows me one on his lot and said let me crunch some numbers. I'm sitting in the waiting area with the salesman Aj talking about regular stuff. Almost an hour goes by and Aj returns to me saying that the managers are in a meeting and for me to call back the next day after 12 noon to see any progress on the deal. The next day comes and I call Nick only to get his voicemail. I inform him I was in the previous day and would like to know what's going on if we can or can't get a deal going. I never hear anything back from him since the day I walked in. Terrible customer service and they ran my credit too many times now my credit has taken a hit which will not come off for 2 years. Thanks Russ Darrow Mazda. I hope no one considers buying from them if this is the type of treatment they are giving. I guess that's the "Darrow difference". More

Typical car dealer. Ready to get scammed. I don’t even know where to start with this. I suppose the beginning. This is your typical car dealership. You can expect to try to get scammed from the second you walk into the second you leave. They’ll show you one price and interest-rate and then when you go to sign the paperwork‘s there will be a different price with a hugely inflated interest-rate. You’re also going to have to purchase a $2000 paint protection coating. At the time I purchased my vehicle, I was promised something by the salesman which was also backed up on Mazda USA’s website. When it came time for me to redeem what it was that I was promised, I was given nothing but hassle and run around by the dealership. I eventually received what I was promised to, but had I not been persistent I would not have. It took me 6 months of attempts to achieve this. After I received the service I was promised, I was told it would be no charge, as promised at time of purchase. When I went to go pick up my vehicle again, they tried to charge me. I feel like again, somebody who doesn’t put up a fight would’ve ended up having to pay for something they were promised for free. It would have been $500 On top of all of this, the technician disabled my navigation system while I was there so now I have to mess around and get that fixed. It’s been 5 days since the dealership told me they’d sent me my Nav chip and it still isn’t here. Finally, my car was left smelling like oil and it was not washed as part of the service was supposed to include. From start to finish the entire transaction and service was amateur at best. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Or returning for service, not even the free services. More

Thee place to purchase your dream Vehicle. At Darrow there's a big difference, yes... it's thee Darrow difference. In how they treat and take care of their Customers. My Sales person ( Dale At Darrow there's a big difference, yes... it's thee Darrow difference. In how they treat and take care of their Customers. My Sales person ( Dale Thorsen ) knew how to move the needle to get me in my New Car, and went through the lengths necessary to achieve his goal and mine in getting me in this vehicle that solidified those dreams I had of making a nice Sale, and buying a decent automobile that would make me happy, fulfilling his position as a Top Salesperson at Darrow, and one whom can be counted on to work professionally with the customer to satisfy that consumers concerns and thats why I do believe that Dale T. deserves more than a pat on the back, or a handshake saying good luck. Dale Thorsen is a high quality, top notch guy, and a some body whom I am truly thankful that you folks at Darrow have on you team. He's OUTSTANDING and is with out question deservingly..... he wodks hard, he puts forth that effort that so many in this business lack, and Dale is willing to go that extra distance to make a name for himself, and proudly honor thee Darrow group with class and dignity. He made zero effort and made my daughter and I feel like we were a bother. I would never recommend buying a used car from there ever! More
