Price Cheating On August 1st, 2019, I seached online and found a 2015 Mazda CX-9 with 34981 miles at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. The price for this car was $18, On August 1st, 2019, I seached online and found a 2015 Mazda CX-9 with 34981 miles at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. The price for this car was $18, 713 on Cars.com, Cargurus.com and Mazda offical website. I contacted them and was told the car was available. Then I went to this dealer and did test drive on several cars. I decided to buy the Mazda CX-9. William, the salesman, told me as I didn't take finiancing, the price went up by $500; nor I traded them another used car, the price went up by $1500. I felt cheated and negotiated with him. He insisted adding $2000 even if I took partial loan at their rediculous interest rate. So I gave up this trade. More ridiculously, the next day I recieved a call from them and told me I could now purchased the Mazda CX-9 by the online price. When I checked their website, they added $1100 to the initial price. They simply can not stop their cheating behavious. More

Sold me a faulty Suv I thought maybe I'd try a used car from a Car Dealer, never owned a semi new car before. The one I picked out seemed like a good deal, that was a Big Mistake, it was a 2004 Subaru Outback. It had a Bad Drive Line, Oil Leak. How can they get away with it, no is won't say it was a Good Deal anymore, in order to drive it I had to add oil at least once a week. I'll never buy from them again, plain and simple, go elsewhere if looking for a Honest Deal. More

Dale prepared a lot of the paperwork before I got in, very timely and communicative over text (my preference) and handled it all within a days time. I can’t speak for all the sales staff but Dale is very personable and fun - he does a great job and knows his stuff about Mazda. Overall very happy with our new car (Mazda CX-5) and our experience! Birthday present for wife Purchased day before pickup and trade in. Told them time we would be there for title trade and drive away. All paperwork was completed day before. Car wasn’t ready for delivery and had to wait a couple hours with no one acknowledging our presence! Left them with entire service records on trade in. Finally got second key, nobody installed computer radio navigation chip, or gave any tutorial on features of new car! Was not any memorable moment, but we all ready got your money now go away! We almost went to Schlossmann’s next door to borrow tools for a licsense swap and car wash, but we’re told we are expediteing it as far as possible. A J raised his hand toward us and motioned with a new customer no one else would take over,they were all outside smoking! More

Half truths I went in with my nephew who is a recent college graduate looking for his 1st car and knowing exactly what car we wanted to look at. We test drove the car and asked for the Carfax. We found that the Carfax showed “rear damage reported”. Nick said that it wasn’t necessarily an accident just that there was a repair done in the rear of the car at some point. Get ready here is where the half truths begin. Being concerned we asked if we could take it for an independent inspection to verify everything was ok. Nick said we couldn’t because they would have to go through the inspection process again on their end. However if we purchased the car we had 3 days to return it after purchase. Half truth, what he didn’t mention is that it’s a return for credit on another car NOT a money back return.Nobody ever mentioned that until he tried to return the car when he found out there was a $650 AC problem after he bought the car. We started talking price and said we saw the car online for $14,512. That price was ONLY if you have a trade in worth about $1500.We left without making a deal. The same night we called Nick back and said my nephew would come back if they sold him the car for $14,512 without a trade. Nick spoke to his manager and said that would work and agreed to the price. My nephew went back the next day on his own and they tried to sell him the car for $15240. Of course this is not what was agreed on. Nick finally gave him the agreed price and he purchased the car. He took the car for an inspection the day after he bought it and found that there was no issue where the rear damage was that we saw on the Carfax. The inspection did show a AC issue that would cost $650 to repair. The inspection sheet in the window did indicate an AC problem but nobody ever mentioned it and we didn’t see it. So I guess it’s buyer beware if you buy from them. My nephew immediately went back to say he wanted to return the car based on the 3 day return policy which is when he found out the whole truth that you can return the car for credit only. Are you kidding me, why would we deal with these guys again.Please make sure you ask a ton of questions and look carefully at the inspection sheet. Read the fine print about internet pricing and don’t expect your money back if you discover a problem the day after you purchase. More
