Sales manager was all kinds of slimy. “Certified pre-owned vehicles” are not CPO, they are merely pre-qualified and become CPO with further fees. NOT what is advertised on the price. Fina “Certified pre-owned vehicles” are not CPO, they are merely pre-qualified and become CPO with further fees. NOT what is advertised on the price. Finally, when you inevitably walk away, expect phone calls on any/all numbers they have for you every day for at least a month More

I cannot discourage you enough from wasting your time, money, and energy with this dealership. I was eyeing a vehicle that was listed over 6 weeks ago and steadily declining in price since being listed. I money, and energy with this dealership. I was eyeing a vehicle that was listed over 6 weeks ago and steadily declining in price since being listed. I set up a test drive, and 2 days before it, the price was hiked up over $1,200 to be almost equal to its original list price. Upon reaching out to the number that I scheduled the test drive with and have been texting with regarding details about the vehicle’s history, Carfax, etc, they told me that they spoke with the sales manager two separate times and that it would still be worth my trip to come out because they were willing to take offers and negotiate the price back down. Upon arriving at the dealership, we looked at the vehicle and it was clear that there was damage from an accident, including scraped paint and a massive dent over the wheel well, NONE of which was disclosed in the Carfax or by the dealership in the listing description/photos. The vehicle also had a panoramic sunroof in which the seals were completely falling into the vehicle anytime it was closed and clearly not attached properly. After the test drive, I brought up these concerns to Kelly Murray, my sales associate, who told me that they can’t verify any accidents that aren’t listed in the Carfax and basically, there was nothing they would do for all the damage on the vehicle. As for the seals on the sunroof, she said that the mechanic at the dealership suggested we take it to a Walmart to be repaired after purchasing. What dealership refers you to a Walmart for repairs on a vehicle that hasn’t even been sold yet????? She then spoke to her manager about the difference in pricing that was previously discussed with me via text message, and she told me that those who are dealing with the online sales are not at the dealership and don’t have the most up-to-date information about pricing and sales and chalked it up to a “miscommunication”. At this time, she also brought out an updated pricing sheet that took NO money off for all of the damage on the vehicle that I pointed out and wasn’t disclosed in the listing, and simply removed the warranty that they try to rope you into buying. Stay FAR AWAY from a predatory dealership like Russ Darrow. I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau to try and protect other consumers from predatory practices like this. More
Horrible! !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make an offer on the car. After our salesman going back to talk to someone over and over we decided to pay sticker price including tax, title and fees. Well Garth and the man behind the curtain decided they WOULD NOT sell us the car!!!!!! Informed us they had other people looking at it that had either a trade in or were financing. Garth sweetly said it was ours if we wanted to "up" the offer!! I felt so sad for my daughter that she witnessed the gross display of greed at Russ Darrow. More

Salesman Jason Merten's was wonderful above average kind patient and no pressure he was wonderful before close at 9 PM I was in my Vehicle and on my way home, they made it worry free, they made it a pleasant experience. Even though I have less than perfect credit I would rate this dealership a hundred and fifty stars if I could. And as far as Jason PERFECT there is no words for how much i appreciate him. Highly recommend Jason Mertens and Russ Darrow. Thank you!!! More
The manager wanted me to finance the car so they could get a kick back from the finance company. I told him that I would pay him the asking price as advertised in cash. He would not sell me the car for th get a kick back from the finance company. I told him that I would pay him the asking price as advertised in cash. He would not sell me the car for the price as advertised. I did not want to finance the car because it would lower my credit rating. Bad experience! More
