Waiting forever I do not recommend this dealership due to the long waiting time four basic services. You went for an oil filter oil change and tire rotation and waited for 2 hours! At no time did anyone come and tell us there would be an excessively long wait. We arrived at 1:20 p.m. and we left at 3:20 pm. At 3 p.m. I went and asked what was taking so long and was told her car was ready and just going through the carwash. We waited another 10 minutes and inquired again. This time we could see the car in the garage behind two other cars. He said as soon as the other two cars moved we would be able to leave. That took another 10 minutes. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, I do not recommend getting regular maintenance or service done on your car at this location. More

Recall/Updates Got a letter that I had a recall on my Optima. Was able to easily get an appointment a few days later.
