Integrity. ..my number 1 concern. Came in for an oil change, which was poorly executed; Failure to top off all fluids; I returned within hours, due to temperatur ..my number 1 concern. Came in for an oil change, which was poorly executed; Failure to top off all fluids; I returned within hours, due to temperature light came on; Representative raised the hood and it was clear the compartment where coolant/antifreeze is stored, was bone dry. Representative went on to say, ' you must have an oil leak', without any assessment. Representative brought the vehicle, no explanation given and sent me on my way. More
